Welcome to Meadowbrook Farm/Clarkson Estates subdivision!
We are one of the largest subdivisions in Chesterfield, with 589 homes and over 65 acres of common ground, much of it wooded.

There are two parks: one located at the entrance of Baxter Road and Country Ridge Drive; the second is at the intersection of Country Ridge Drive and Parasol Drive. The subdivision prides itself on its grounds and the homeowners that make it a wonderful place to live.
