| AmerenUE in the Neighborhood |
| Posted: January 17, 2009 |
|
AmerenUE on Country Field
December 2008. The main underground feed originally came from the common ground area behind the homes on
the west side of Country Field. Due to erosion, that cable became exposed, so UE decided to relocate the
feeder to the front (street side) of the homes. The work was done by a contractor, ADB. When the cables
are fully installed, UE will make the connections to the new lines.

AmerenUE on Winterhaven, Parasol and Shadyford
December 2008. The underground feeder is being replaced to prevent line drops. The work commenced at
Country Ridge and Winterhaven, with the majority of work down on Winterhaven.

December 23, 2008. A line was made over to Parasol about 3 houses down from Country Ridge. This is a
replacement of a main feeder that will improve the reliability of our subdivision power grid. They worked
their way west on Parasol.

January 2009. When they reached Shadyford, a lot of work was done there to put in a new feeder line.
This new line(s) must connect to each existing transformer, and any new ones being installed. This will
result in a more reliable power grid within Meadowbrook Farm / Clarkson Estates.

January 14, 2009. As they completed their circumnavigation of Shadyford, they are continuing west on
Parasol. It is envisioned that the 1st phase of the Winterhaven, Parasol, Shadyford project (conduit and
lines) will be complete at the end of January. UE will make the connections of the new feeder(s) which
will activate the new lines. Then phase 3 will be grounds work to repair the holes that were required to
install the project. The entire project completion is estimated to be March 2009.
