Board of Trustee Meeting Minutes

Call to order

The meeting was called to order after the trustees introduced themselves to the room at 7:31pm. Carol Fine (President) was not in attendance. All other board members were present: Linda Walp (Treasurer), Lisa Monachella (Secretary), John Thompson, and Steve Orlich. This was the first public meeting for John and Steve since being elected. Lisa Monachella stepped in for Carol to conduct the meeting. Fifteen households were in attendance along with councilman Dan Hurt and Mike Moore. A motion to approve the October 27, 2022 meeting minutes was made. It was seconded by a board member and a homeowner. The approved minutes will be posted to the subdivision website.

Call to Order

• The meeting was called to order at 7:31pm. Board member introductions were made. Lisa Monachella, Linda Walp (Treasurer) and Kevin Pfarr (President) were present. Carol Fine (Secretary) was absent. In Carol’s absence, Lisa volunteered to take the minutes. Thirteen homer owners were present. Also in attendance were councilmen Mike Moore and Dan Hurt.
• A motion to approve the meeting minutes from April 28, 2022, was made. This was seconded. The minutes will be posted on the subdivision website.

Call to Order

• The meeting was called to order at 7:32 PM by treasurer Linda Walp.  Trustees Lisa Monachella and Carol Fine plus five other homeowners were present.  Also in attendance were our two ward 3 councilmen Mike Moore and Dan Hurt.
• The first order of business was to approve the January 27, 2022 meeting minutes.  The motion to approve them was seconded and the minutes were approved.  These minutes will be posted on the subdivision website, www.mf-ce.com, by president Kevin Pfarr.

• There was a motion to approve the minutes from the October 27 meeting. The motion was seconded and the minutes approved. They will be posted on the subdivision website by Kevin Pfarr.
